Chocolate-pencils is a collaboration with patissier Tsujiguchi Hironobu, the mastermind behind popular dessert shops like Mont St. The chocolate pencils are chocolate shaped like pencil and presented like pencil as well. The plate shaped like a colored pencil case shows off the beauty of the desserts like a painting on a canvas, and the special “pencil sharpener” that comes with the plate is used to grate the chocolate onto the dessert and also completes the whole look. The chocolate pencils  come in a number of cocoa blends that vary in intensity.
